Error when trying to sync payroll data
Hi! We have a common customer (Parken Services A/S) that is trying to sync payroll data from Planday to Dataloen with no success as of today since 12.19pm. We're looking into this internally, but beyond the large number of requests, we cannot see the problem being in our side, given that Datalon is returning a "Cancel" http status on 15% of the calls at 1.7mins for this customer. As such, we assume that either:
- We may have reached a rate limit, and that's why our calls are not going through.
- Or there is some kind of data corruption in Datalon that's not allowing us to sync data anymore for the time period selected by the customer (15th August to 14th September).
- Or the queries in Datalon are taking too long, therefore cancelling our requests for some of the pages.
- Or there is some error happening on Datalon' side that's breaking the process for some of the pages.

Could you please urgently assist? They need to run payroll but currently cannot send the data over.

Sorry I didn't have a chance to look at this earlier.
From looking at our logs, it appears there is some form of bottle-necking in our API when you start your sync, due to the amount of request being sent at the same time. This is a problem on our end, which we will have to look into.
As for the cancelled requests, I think that is something your client does after 100 seconds (1.7 mins).
So as a quckfix for this problem could be to increase or remove that limit, and maybe also chunking your requests a bit, such that the load is more spread out.
