Error 500 - contact the API team

Hi,

We have a couple of 500 server error issues which says we should contact you.
Can you let us know what they are about ?

We are getting these sometimes:

integration.dataloen_api.exceptions.DataloenAPIRetrievalError: Could not retrieve Employee object EX: Content: b'{"requestId":"8975c869-a9db-47f6-bb30-ab8d27a2ea68","message":"Unhandled Exception - please contact our API support with the requestId as reference"}', Status: 500

integration.dataloen_api.exceptions.DataloenAPIRetrievalError: Could not retrieve Employee object EX: Content: b'{"requestId":"486d45f6-b750-464e-a393-379f93bdf9a9","message":"Unhandled Exception - please contact our API support with the requestId as reference"}', Status: 500

We have a lot of them

  Hello,
  
  I seems we had some kind of general service failure yesterday from around 04:00 am to 09:30.
  All should be back to normal now, and we'll try to keep an eye out for this in the future.
  
  Sorry for any inconvenience it caused.
