    Hej.

    Mvh Peter.

    Hi Peter,

Apologies for the delay, we've checked and these are not showing in our UI when calling the Pay Types from Datalon. The customer has two accounts with Dataloen:  "Admin Concept Aps" and "Luksuspleje ApS". Could you please assist?

    Many thanks,

    Eva

    Hi Eva,

I've checked those two customers, and 008A + 009A is included in the both their paytype lists.
The paytype list is also generic for all DataLøn customers - the only thing that potentially changes, is the 'customizedPayTypeTexts' property, which contains the customer-specific names for the paytypes.
The Luksuspleje ApS customer has a custom paytype text for 008A and 009A - maybe this somehow causes some mapping issue in your UI ?

Otherwise, I'm not sure I can do much from our end.

    Kind regards,
    Peter

    Hi Peter,

That's perfect, thanks - we figured it out, it was not related to the integration and everything seems to work. :)

    Kind regards,

    Eva

    Hi Peter,

Hope you are well! It seems we were mistaken and the problem remains. We currently seem to be filtering the pay types that we receive them from the "get paytypes" call. This is due to us hardcoding the paytypes in our integration so we know for which ones we are supposed to send monetary values and for which ones hourly values/units instead. Is there a way that we can identify this easily when getting pay types, to avoid hard coding? Otherwise maintaining this will become quite difficult and we'll most likely run into issues again soon enough :)

    Kind regards,

    Eva

    Hi Eva,

I'm afraid there currrently isn't a way for you to get the unit type.
A new version of the API with more functionality is in the works for sometime next year, where we would be able to accomodate things like this, but until then I don't think any real changes will be made to the API.

I hope you can manage anyway. We rarely add new paytypes, so hopefully it won't be a big issue for you.

    Kind regards,
    Peter

    Hi Peter,

No worries, thanks for letting me know. Could you let us know what kind of pay type should 009A/008A are/should be? Monetary or hourly? Apologies, we were trying to figure it out using this link (https://dataloen.bluegarden.dk/loendele) but didn't manage to do so, apologies, just need to ensure we send the right details through to payroll.

Thanks in advance for your help with this.

    Kind regards,

    Eva

8A9A is a monetary paytype, used to pay out a certain kind of savings called SH (danish: søgnehelligdagsbetaling) :)

Ah slight correction, actually 8A9A is a 'unit x rate' paytype, so 8A is whatever unit you want it to be (but typically used as hours), and is just used to multiply the 9A value, which is monetary.
