500 Server Error

Hi,

We have a couple of 500 server error issues which says we should contact you.
Can you let us know what they are about ?

  Hi Bruno.

  Sadly, we had a period with errors on the API.

  Do you experience any HTTP 500 still?

  Hi,

  Thanks for getting back to me.

  So we experience a lot of 500s tonight - approximately between 1:00 and 1:20.
  Should we only worry about these if they persist ?

  Could it be because you are doing maintenance - if so returning status code 503 would be more appropriate and we could add some exponential backoff based on the request returning 503.
